  • A Summary of the Job Role?
    This is a calling profile where you need to call the sellers who have already visited IndiaMART to register their business or updated some of their business details on IndiaMART by any means. Collect the missing details to update their profile and enrich it further to make the catalog look attractive.   • Is the Training Free or chargeable?
    Training is Free of cost for you and, you can get INR 4000 divided in 4 months once you complete the training and achieve basic performance set for the program (Will be more explained to you by the trainer).
  • How many hours do I need to work?
    You can work any number of hours that suits you fine, but it should be a minimum of: 3 hours in Day 4 Days in a week *This is minimum requirement but your can work more to earn more Also, note that your working hours can be only in the window of 9 AM to 7 PM.   • How will I be making calls?
    You will be assigned 1 lead on the CRM where you can click to call. The call will be dialed from your mobile number that you integrated with the CRM.
  • Can I work in shifts?

  • Can I work after 7 PM?

  • Can I work on Sundays and National Holidays?
    You Can work on Sunday. But not on National Holidays.
  • For how long can I work for this program?
    IndiaMART will be glad to see you working with us as long as you want to. This program is the new normal for us and our plan, so far, is to continue with the Freelancer model for Free Seller Enrichment.

    You should proactively inform you Trainer by marking an email to content@indiamart.com if you are missing any session. Also, Mention in the next session with the trainer that you missed last session and clear your doubts and queries in that session.

  • What would be my designation?
    My designation will be Associate.
  • Is this a permanent process?
    Yes, We initiated the process in 2019 and since then our team is growing.
  • What happen If we fail even after 2 attempts in a chapter?
    There is maximum 4 attempts to complete a quiz; failing to which the candidature is rejected. Please watch the self-learning videos appropriately and attempt the quiz.
  • What is the passing score for the quizzes?
    60% is passing score for the quizzes.

  • How can I change/Update my Bank Account Details?
    You can check your bank details in the my profile section in webERP. If the details are incorrect or need to be updated, you should send an email to your manager with the proper bank details, including the below mentioned: - Account number, - IFSC code, - Account holder name, - Bank Name and Address.   • How can I change my Mobile Number?
    You can update the calling number in WebERP if you have changed the same.
